Image generation from text prompts
Face swapping in photos and videos
Background removal and replacement
Talking photo and avatar creation
Video translation and voice cloning

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our Services operate on a credit-based system:

Credits are purchased through PayPal
Credits never expire once purchased
Different AI tools consume different amounts of credits
All purchases are final and non-refundable

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, all credit purchases are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, please contact our support team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
Create deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
Impersonate others without their consent
Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities

Important: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to our Services.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated content created through your use of our Services, subject to:

Compliance with these Terms
Applicable laws and third-party rights
Our right to use anonymized data for service improvement

7. Intellectual Property

VOID and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific results from AI generation
Accuracy or quality of generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOID, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
Unused credits are forfeited
We may delete your account data

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
